I’ve been ordering meat from Mike since he started this journey of his. I’ve watched him grow and expand on what was already an almost perfect product. I worked for over 14 years at a private golf course in Dellwood / White Bear Lake, where the highest quality meats were cooked and served by ME… without question, Mike’s beef is as good, if not better than the 100,000’s of lbs. of meat that has passed through this guy’s hands… it’s that good, I WILL NEVER GET MY BEEF FROM ANYONE OR ANYWHERE ELSE!
